Terms and Conditions
By booking a session you accept the following terms. If you have questions, message me before booking.
Deposit and cancellation
- A deposit of 100% of the session value is required to confirm your appointment.
- If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, the deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to your next session with me.
- If you don't show up without notice, the deposit is lost.
Health, safety and consent
- Therapeutic massage and bodywork sessions are oriented toward wellbeing, relief of muscular tension and improved mobility. They do not replace medical assessment, diagnosis or treatment.
- I declare that the information provided in the initial assessment form is truthful and complete, and I commit to reporting any relevant change in my health before the session.
- I understand that, depending on the treatment, I may experience mild sensitivity or temporary discomfort in the 24 to 48 hours after the session.
- I may ask to stop or modify the treatment at any time if I feel uncomfortable.
- Any disrespectful or sexual behavior will result in the immediate end of the session, with no refund.
